Flamingo Cancun All Inclusive, Cancun

I had a wonderful 8-day stay at this resort, appreciating the tranquil atmosphere and stunning beach access. The staff was friendly, though English wasn't widely spoken. The rooms were well-kept with beautiful ocean views, but some amenities could use improvement. Overall, if you're seeking peace and comfort away from the party scene, this place is quite the find.

Our stay was quite disappointing. While the beach was lovely and had a nice view, the room situation was frustrating, as we reserved a King but received two double beds. The dining options were lacking, and the service from the staff was generally unfriendly. Overall, we wouldn't choose to return.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was stunning, right on a beautiful beach with plenty of lounge chairs. The first room I got was musty and had some cleanliness issues, but after raising my concerns, I was moved to a much nicer room that was clean and stocked with coffee. The food options were repetitive, and the service definitely left room for improvement, but overall, the beautiful beach and pools were a highlight.

I had an amazing week at this resort! The swim-up room was fantastic, and I enjoyed the smaller size of the property, making it less crowded and easier to get around. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the food was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive. However, I did notice that there could be more seating around the pool area which was a bit of a downside for me.
